In order to be eligible for the recognition, the companies must meet a strict quality assessment based on professional requirements and Creditinfo’s analysis.
The conditions are:
• Has submitted annual accounts to RSK for the past three years
• The probability of its serious default is less than 0.5%
• Operating profit (EBIT) has been positive for three years in a row
• The annual result has been positive for three years in a row
• Equity ratio 20% or more for three consecutive operating years
• Assets have amounted to 80 million or more three years in a row
• The managing director is registered in the register of limited companies
• The company is active according to Creditinfo’s definition
