Over the past few years, ÞG Verk has worked to strengthen its quality system to improve management and procedures and documentation in its implementation and support the company’s quality policy.
Last summer, the step was taken to request certification of the quality system according to ISO 9001:2015 and BSI was chosen for the project. Audits took place in July and August and a certificate was issued on October 23. The certification is valid for three years with an annual inspection by the certification body the validity period.
The scope of the quality system is: General construction and building project management.
